Y2INDIA MITRA/AGENT – BUSINESS PARTNER AGREEMENT
1. Purpose of Agreement
The Second Party voluntarily wishes to work for the Y2india Platform as an "Independent Business Partner / Mitra". The role of the Mitra will be to register construction workers, masons, engineers, contractors, and builders on the Y2india App and connect them to the platform.
2. Relationship – Not Employer-Employee 1. Both Parties agree that this Agreement is on a "Principal to Principal" basis.2. The Second Party is not an Employee, Worker, Labour, or Staff of Y2india.
3. The Second Party will not be entitled to any benefits under PF Act 1952, ESIC Act 1948, Gratuity Act 1972, Bonus Act 1965, Shops Act, or any other Labour Law.
4. Y2india will not control the Second Party's working hours, location, or method of work. The Mitra/ Agent is free to work at their own discretion.
5. The Second Party may work for other companies as well. There is no exclusivity.
3. Scope of Work –Agent/ Mitra's Responsibilities 1. Visit villages / towns / labour chowks to explain the benefits of Y2india to workers.
2. Register workers by uploading KYC – Aadhaar, Mobile, Photo, Skill on the App.
3. Register Builders / Contractors on the platform.
4. Use the Referral Code provided by Y2india for all registrations.
5. Will not do fake / incorrect registrations. Every worker must be physically verified.
Payment Rules:
1. No Fixed Salary / Monthly Wage will be paid.
2. Commission will be transferred to the Second Party's Bank A/c every 7 days.
3. TDS u/s 194H @5% will be deducted if annual commission exceeds ₹15,000. PAN is mandatory.
4. Petrol, food, and mobile expenses will be borne by the Agent/Mitra. Company may provide ₹500/month mobile recharge support at its discretion.
5. Support Provided by Company 1. Y2india Mitra/Agent ID Card – Free
2. Training – How to use the App, how to talk to workers – Free Online
3. Marketing Material – Pamphlet, Poster PDF – Free
4. Dashboard Access – Daily commission and registrations visible in the app
5. Accident Insurance – ₹2 Lakh Group Insurance may be provided free by the Company. This is a Goodwill Gift, not part of salary.
6. Prohibited Activities for Mitra/Agent
1. Only the Prescribed Registration fee Will be Charged. Any other fee chared will result in the termination of the agreement and action will be takan by y2 india.
2. Will not represent himself as an employee of Y2india.
3. Will not upload fake Aadhaar / someone else's photo. Mitra will be liable for any police case.
4. Will not sell company data to anyone else.
5. Coming to office is not compulsory. No attendance will be taken.
7. Termination of Agreement 1. Either party can terminate this Agreement with 7 days notice.
2. No Notice Pay, Severance, or Retrenchment Compensation will be applicable.
3. Upon termination, ID Card must be returned.
4. If the Mitra/Agent commits fraud, commission will be withheld and legal action will be taken.
8. Indemnity
If Y2india faces any case, fine, or penalty due to the Agent/ Mitra's wrongdoing / fraud / violation of law, the entire cost will be borne by the Mitra/Agent.
9. Jurisdiction
In case of any dispute, the case will be filed only in Bharatpur Court, Rajasthan.

"I have read and understood the above Agreement. I agree that I am not an employee of Y2india. I am an Independent Business Partner. I do not want PF, ESIC, Gratuity, or Salary. I will work only on commission. I have the freedom to work for other companies as well."
